Under an hour. Their claim: Under 1 hour for three full versions after lyrics are confirmed; remakes take about 30 minutes

Hear it before you pay
You hear the whole song before you pay. Homepage says 'Hear your song before you pay' and 'Don't love it, Don't pay'. However the help center order guide lists 'Step 4: Complete your purchase' BEFORE 'Step 5: Confirm your lyrics' and 'Step 6: Choose your favourite song version', and the refund article says a full refund is available 'at any point before you confirm your song ... within 30 days of placing your order'. So the site copy and the help center conflict on whether payment is taken before the song is heard; we score the homepage claim and list the conflict under open questions.
