Price of the full gift
From $39.95 for the first song.
- Custom song, $39.95: '$39.95 One-time · no subscription'; 'Free preview · Full song $39.95 · Ready instantly'. Site nav on another page reads '50%OFF FALL SALE ENDS THIS WEEK GET YOUR SONG FOR ONLY 39.95$', so this may be a sale price; the regular price is not stated.
- Add-ons (slideshow, digital lyric art, 'and more'): 'you pay for what you choose whether its a custom song or an add on such as slideshow or digital lyric art and more': add-on prices not stated on audited pages.

“$39.95 One-time · no subscription”
Speed (their claim)
Minutes. Their claim: Instant / within minutes: preview in under 3-5 minutes, full song delivered instantly after payment; sent by email and available in 'Find My Song'.
“Most songs are ready within minutes of finishing your story. You'll get a preview first, then the full track once you're happy with it.”
Hear it before you pay
You hear a sample before you pay. A free preview is heard before paying; the birthday section specifies 50 seconds ('Hear 50 seconds before you buy'); 'No card required to start'. Unpaid previews are kept in the customer portal ('revisit unpaid previews in My Creations').
“A real preview of your song, ready before you pay a thing.”
What arrives
The site does not list what arrives. Examples page lists four things: '01 The song itself', '02 Delivered as a video or Upload on Youtube' (song with photos and lyrics in a shareable video), '03 Streamed wherever they listen' (Connect Spotify), '04 And the lyrics, framed beautifully' ('Every song comes with a piece of lyric art'). The homepage FAQ, however, calls slideshow and digital lyric art add-ons ('an add on such as slideshow or digital lyric art'), so what is included at $39.95 versus paid is contradictory, so we treat them as not stated. Song is emailed and downloadable from 'My Orders' in the customer portal; file format not stated.
“Every song comes with a piece of lyric art, ready to save, share, or print and keep.”
